PVA Bond is a multi-purpose bonding agent, primer and admixture. It’s ideal for priming unsound surfaces prior to plastering or painting and as an adhesive on wood, cork or textiles. 506 Contractors PVA works similarly and is available in plentiful 5kg and 25kg jerry cans.
Our SBR Bond performs similar tasks, however, its latex-based formula makes it perfect for use in areas subject to humidity, dampness and continuous water contact.
The range also includes 505 Plasterers’ Gripcoat, ideal as a bonding agent for plaster to difficult substrates, and 507 Rendagrip, which improves adhesion before applying render on external surfaces such as concrete, lightweight blockwork, brick, etc.
Febond Blue Grit is a high-performance plasterers’ grip coat bonding agent specifically designed to provide an improved key to smooth surfaces. Its blue colour helps you track coverage.
Specially formulated for exterior use as an adhesive and sealer, SikaBond Waterproof PVA is suitable for brickwork, mortar, render, screed and plaster.
