Are you open?

Yes we are. We have reacted and enabled all the government guidance in order to protect our employees and those who work with us.  The senior management team have formed a project team to continuously monitor all government updates and to implement all required changes to our working practices.

Our priorities are and will continue to be:
1. Keeping our employees safe
2. Help to slow the spread of the virus
3. Maintain business continuity for our staff and our customers

How will my order be affected?

Currently the supply chain is operating normally with the exception of a small number of products with exceptionally high demand, and the overall availability of products is very good. As this situation eases, we are managing high demand on certain product lines to meet the daily needs of our customers

Who do I contact about on-going orders?

How are delivery times affected?

Current lead times remain unchanged, however, we are no longer able to provide overnight or same day deliveries. We are working closely with our transport partners to minimise disruption, however, there are possibilities of delay. The situation is evolving rapidly and we will continue to monitor the transport situation and will keep you updated.

Are your sales and technical departments still operating?

Yes. We have enabled two thirds of our employees to work from home. Our sales and technical departments are fully functional and available to answer your product queries.
