FIRE MATE SEALANT

Fire Mate Sealant is an intumescent acrylic sealant that swells when exposed to temperatures in excess of 125°C to prevent the passage of fire and smoke and has a fire rating of up to 4 hours in certain joint configurations. Fire rated to BS 476 Part 20/EN1366-4 (2006). Acoustic rates to BS EN ISO 140/3. Tested for air permeability to EN13141-1.

Brick, Stone, Concrete, Timber Fire Retardent Properties Overpaintable when cured. Interior use. Water Based Product/Water Clean Up.

PYRO MATE SILICONE

Pyro Mate Silicone is a neutral cure elastic silicone sealant which conforms to BS 476 Part 20/EN1366-4 (2006) for fire retardancy and has a fire rating of up to 4 hours in certain joint configurations. Acoustic rated to BS EN ISO 140/3. tested for air permeability to EN13141-1 Ventilation for buildings. Performance testing for components/products for residential ventilation. Conforms to ISO 11600 class: F 25LM when tested to ISO 9047, 8339 and 10563. Also conforms to SNJF norms.

25% Timber, Brick, Stone, Glass, Concrete, Metal Safe for use next to insulated glass units. Best for resistance to most chemicals. Fire Retardent Properties Interior & exterior use.

Performance testing for components/products for residential ventilation.

Timber, Plaster, Brick, Stone, Concrete Fire Retardent Properties Overpaintable when cured. Solvent free. Water Based Product/Water Clean Up.

FIRESPAN INTUMESCENT PADS

Firespan Intumescent Pads are designed to be used on the inside or outside of electrical socket boxes to maintain fire and smoke barriers where service holes are cut into dry lining and all types of fire rated boarding. They are tested to EN1366-3 to provide up to 2 hours fire protection, and also maintain acoustic integrity of the drylining system. High tack adhesion, pliable and mouldable, self-bonding.
Single Socket Pad Size: 4mm thick x 170mm x 170mm.
Double Socket Pad Size: 4mm thick x 230mm x 170mm.
Acoustic rated to BS EN ISO 140/3. Tested for air permeability to EN12141-1 Ventilation for buildings. Performance testing of components/products for residential ventilation.
